The Last FAQ Question

The last question in every FAQ should be:

Q. What if I have a question that isn't answered here?

Every FAQ needs a specific answer to that question. A general: 'Contact your nearest office of the organisation name' isn't good enough.

Let readers know if there are more resources available, or give them a link to detailed information, before telling them to contact the organisation.

For example, the last question and answer for an FAQ on apprenticeships might read:

Q.What if I have a question that isn't answered here?
A.There are a number of fact sheets available that might answer your question, and more detailed information can be found in our Apprenticeships section. If your question is still not answered, please call the Authority on
1300 000 000 (free call) and ask to speak to someone about apprenticeships.
